Who we are
Kinexis Agency is run by Yatharth, based in Mumbai, India, and works with clients in the United Kingdom and India. For anything about your data, email yatharth@kinexisagency.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email or phone number, what you need, package, preferred start date and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver your project.
- WhatsApp, email and calls: whatever you choose to send us, used to answer you.
- Browser storage: the site remembers in your browser (localStorage) whether you've seen the intro and which region (UK or India) you picked. This never leaves your device and is not used for tracking.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we never sell or rent your data.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address) for security.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver fonts and code files, which means your IP address is visible to them when the page loads.
- WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there — their own privacy policy applies.
Legal basis
Under the UK GDPR we process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you; for clients, to perform our contract. For visitors in India we follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and process your data for the purpose you gave it to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the project and for legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing yatharth@kinexisagency.com. If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
